I have over 10 years of experience helping people lose body fat, get healthy, and perform at their best through my nutrition expertise and coaching. I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Nutrition and am a registered and licensed dietitian with a board certification in sports nutrition. I am also a RRCA Certified Running Coach and ACSM Certified Health and Fitness Instructor.
As a busy mom, I have learned how to make a healthy lifestyle work for me and my clients. I can develop a program to work for you to lose weight, feel better, and have more energy—while still having a life! I have helped numerous athletes improve their performance, including runners, cyclists, triathletes, swimmers, football players, golfers, tennis players, dancers, wrestlers, gymnasts, and surfers. After becoming a sports nutrition expert and running coach, I was able to improve my own marathon time by 45 minutes, qualifying me for the Boston Marathon.
In 2007, I opened my own business, Achieving Your Best, LLC where I specialize in helping people around the world reach their goals and excel at their sport.
